Built in 1938, The Romans has undergone many changes over the years to create a warm friendly atmosphere. 
We have a roaring log fire in our snug area, leading on to comfortable seating in our main bar area. On the other side, our sports bar has two pool tables, darts board and three TVs to watch all the main sporting events that are shown via Sky Sports and BT Sports, with lots of seating available.
We serve a great selection of draught products, real ales and an extensive array of speciality gins.
Our large beer garden is a suntrap with lots of garden benches and a perfect place for a chilled beer in the Summer.
